Acquisitions Manager
Cheryl leads the acquisition side of the business working to find motivated sellers. Her focus is on the north, west and south suburbs of Chicago vetting properties who fit our unique buying criteria. She works with brokers and wholesalers who have properties to evaluate. Cheryl’s scientific approach to research and evaluation allows Love Real Estate to buy at 65-75 cents on the dollar creating profit and protection for our lenders.

Jennifer’s background includes 10 years of experience in in both Operation’s and Residential sales. She strives to give each and every client her full attention and help guide them through the process seamlessly.
Jill Stumpf
Designer
As lead designer for Love Real Estate, Jill brings 25 years design experience to our team. From overseeing new layouts for each home to making all finish selections for kitchens, bathrooms, lighting etc. to architect level drawings submitted to permit. Knowing which neutral yet unique finishes to put into a home is crucial for maximizing our buyer pool for each project and is an art few people possess.

Long time Berwyn resident, Charles Wood a tenured General Contractor for 32 plus years, has rehabbed many homes in Berwyn, built new construction and has long standing established relationships with the building department and local inspectors. These relationships and the accompanying experience Chuck possesses, along with his expertise, will result in shortening approval timeline to build and produce a higher quality project from start to finish.
